Cut the garlic sprouts into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stem from the persimmon, peel off the skin, and cut into large strips.
Cut the onion into the same thickness as the persimmon, and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Point
・Use persimmons that are not very ripe. In the video, I used seedless ones, but if there are seeds, remove them.
