・Because dirt remains between the leaves and roots of turnips, cut them and wash them thoroughly with water.
・Use turnips without peeling.
・Do not overcook the turnips. Lightly stir-fry until the texture remains.
・Mix the seasonings to be used and prepare them in advance, and add them quickly.
