    牛もも肉を厚めの短冊切りにして筋切りし、ボウルに入れる。
    塩胡椒を振って馴染ませる。

  2. 2) マリネする 03:11

    1に玉ねぎ、ニンニクをおろして加える。
    サラダ油を加え、手袋をしてしっかり揉み込む。
    密着させてラップをし、常温で30分置く。

  3. 3) 焼く 06:02

    フライパンを温め、サラダ油(分量外)、1を入れて強火で触らずに焼く。
    鉄板を温める。
    肉に焼き色がついたら裏返し、両面に焼き色をつける。
    火を止め、温めた鉄板に乗せる。

  4. 4) ソースを作る 08:07

    Add (A) to the marinade liquid from 2 and mix. Pour into the frying pan from 3 and bring to a boil.
    Add vegetables (not listed) to 3 iron plate.
    Put the sauce in the vessel and it's done.
