Ingredients
- Cucumber : Two
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 40cc
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)りんご酢 : 小さじ1
- ショウガ : 1片
- 白ゴマ : 適量

Cut the cucumber into round slices of about 1 cm and put them in a heat-resistant container.
Add salt, knead and leave for about 30 minutes. -

Drain the water from 1 well, add (A), and sprinkle with shredded ginger.
Mix the whole well, lightly wrap and heat in a 500w microwave for 1 minute.
Cool to room temperature. -

Take only the juice from 2 into another heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave until it boils.
Put the juice back in the cucumber container and mix the whole.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and mix further.
