Ingredients

- water : 600cc
- Noodle soup : 100cc
- Chinese soup base : 1 tsp
- Water (for potato starch) : 1 tablespoon

Point
-Since it can be done with a single frying pan, there is no extra washing and no hassle.
・ Unravel the crab sticks as a preliminary preparation. Combine water (for potato starch) and potato starch to make water-soluble potato starch.
・ Add half of the water-soluble potato starch and mix to prevent lumps.
・ By boiling the udon and ingredients together, the udon is soaked in flavor.
・ If you adjust the boiling time, you can make frozen udon noodles.
