  • Plain bread : 1 sheet
  • ハム : 1枚
  • スライスチーズ : 2枚
  • 卵 : 2個
  • 牛乳 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • マヨネーズ : 大さじ1/2
  • 有塩バター : 10g
  • 小ネギ : 1/2本

Procedure

    Cut the green onion into small pieces.
    Cut the ham, sliced cheese and bread in half.
    Keep the sliced cheese in the refrigerator until use.

    器にマヨネーズを入れ、牛乳を少量ずつ入れその都度よく混ぜて馴染ませる。
    ボウルに卵を割り入れて軽く溶きほぐし、マヨネーズ牛乳を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。

  3. 3) 焼く 03:50

    フライパンに有塩バターを加えて中火にかける。
    有塩バターが溶けたら弱火にして、2を流し込み小ネギを散らす。
    食パンを耳同士が隣同士になるように並べ、卵液が染みこんだら裏返して耳が外側に向くように並べ中火に戻す。
    卵が固まったら裏返して火を止める。
    食パンからはみ出た卵を内側に折り込み、上にハム→チーズの順に乗せ火をつける。
    食パンを半分に折って加熱し、チーズが溶けたら完成。

Point

・We use 6 slices of bread, but you can use the thickness you prefer.
・For the sliced cheese, I used one slice of melting cheese and one slice of cheddar cheese, but you can use whatever you like.
・Adding mayonnaise to the egg gives it a soft texture.
・By dissolving mayonnaise with milk in advance, it prevents lumps.
- Water may be used instead of milk.
