(A) Instant coffee : 10g
(A) Granulated sugar : 10g
(A) Water : 10g
Fresh cream : 50g
Granulated sugar : 5g
(B) Matcha : 8g
(B) Granulated sugar : 8g
(B) Hot water : 8g
(C) Strawberry powder : 8g
(C) Granulated sugar : 8g
(C) Water : 8g

Procedure

1) Make coffee flavor 00:15
Mix (B) instant coffee, granulated sugar, and water in a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer.
2) Make whipped cream 01:00
Put fresh cream and granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk in ice water.
3) Make matcha flavor 01:05
Combine matcha and granulated sugar from (B), add hot water, and mix until it becomes a paste.
Add the whipped cream from 3 and mix until smooth.
