    沸騰したお湯に根元部分を入れて、30秒茹でる。
    葉の部分も入れて、更に30秒茹でる。

  3. 3) 小松菜を切る 02:28

・小松菜は根元に汚れが溜まっているので、良く洗う。
・根元を十字に切ることで、茎と茎の間の汚れが良くとれる。
・小松菜は切って茹でても良い。
・茹でる時はフライパンを使うと茹でやすい。
・小松菜の水分を絞るときは、牛の乳搾りのように絞る。
・絞るときは、葉は潰れるため優しく絞る。
・小松菜を切った後も再度水分を絞ると、タッパーに水が出ず持ちが良い。
