Wash the potatoes and remove the skin.
Cut into 1.3mm thin slices with a slicer.
Wash the sliced potatoes 2-3 times.
Pat with cooking paper to remove moisture. -

Raise the temperature to 180 degrees and fry for 3 minutes until browned.
