- (A)Mayonnaise : 大さじ2
- (A) Pepper : 適量

Shred the carrots with the skin on using a slicer.
Mix (A). -

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add the carrots.

Remove from heat, place in a storage container, cover with plastic wrap, and cool in the refrigerator.
Point
・When mixing the cream cheese and mayonnaise, there may be some lumps left.
・If you only have salt and pepper, do not use the pepper in (A) and change the salt when frying in a frying pan to salt and pepper.
