  • Salad oil : 大さじ1

  • バター : 20g
  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ3
  • カレー粉 : 大さじ2
  • 牛乳 : 100g
  • ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

    具材の入ったフライパンにルーを全て移し混ぜ、蓋をして20分煮る。
    蓋を開け牛乳を加え混ぜ少し煮込み、ご飯の入ったお皿に盛り付けて完成。
