Ingredients
- egg : 1 piece
- water : 1/2 tbsp
- Cabbage (cut into julienne) : 1/8 piece, 150g
- Flour liquid : Cake flour: 20g, water: 3 tablespoons, bonito flakes: 1 teaspoon, tenkasu and small shrimp: 1 tablespoon each
- pork : 70g
- Salt and pepper : 1 knob each
- Fried noodles : 1 ball
