- 水 : 125g
- (A) Powdered agar : 1g
- (A) Powdered artificial sweeteners : 40g
- 粉ゼラチン : 5g

Add water and mix gently.
Once melted, microwave at 600w for 3 minutes.
Once melted, stir gently and heat again in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes and bring to a boil. -

Point
- Powdered artificial sweeteners can be substituted for sugar.
・If your microwave does not have a 600W capacity, try using a 500W unit and extending the cooking time.
- Agar will not solidify unless it is boiled, so be sure to heat it thoroughly.
- If you are making it using only powdered gelatin, add 10g. If you are making it using only powdered agar, add 2g.
-Mixing powdered gelatin and powdered agar gives it a nice texture.
- If you add cold milk it will solidify, so bring it to room temperature or warm it slightly before adding it.
- When pouring the pudding mixture into the mold, strain it through a filter to make it smooth.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
