Yoshitsugu Yamada
Born in 1976, from Tokyo. Often mistaken for Italian, but genuine Japanese.
He has been studying and playing an active part in Italy and other countries for 12 years as a cook.
In June 2012, at the World Pasta Tournament held in Parma, Italy, he won the championship, overtaking the famous Italian chef.
The reason for the victory was not only his cooking skills but also the Italian jokes that made the venue exciting.
