Peel the radish with a peeler, cut it into round slices of about 4 to 5 cm, and cut into sticks of about 1 cm.

Peel the yuzu peel thinly and cut into julienne, cut the peeled yuzu in half and squeeze it by hand.

Sprinkle salt on 1 in a bowl, add sugar, vinegar, yuzu juice, and chili peppers, mix gently, add yuzu peel, and let stand for 2 to 3 hours to complete.
Point
・ Recipe of yuzu radish that yellow yuzu and red pepper shine beautifully on pure white radish.
・ You can cut the radish as you like. The more you have it, the more the taste will blend in evenly.
・ Slice the yuzu peel into thin slices so that the white part is not included.
・ It is recommended to cut the pepper with a kitchen scissors. If you add seeds, the flavor will come out and it will be delicious. If your child eats, you don't have to add pepper.
・ You can choose the amount of yuzu you like.
・ You can pickle as you like.
