From the age of 12, he learned how to make bread from a chef at a popular restaurant, which he still calls his teacher.

From that time on, he devoted himself to ski jumping and was active in the national team during college.

Later, I opened my eyes to the fun and depth of making bread.
He continued to make bread for sale at his shop, not as a hobby, and went to France at the age of 21.

He also trained in Italy and Belgium, and after returning to Japan, he worked as a chef at Park Hyatt and Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo for three years.
