Preparing the deep-fried tofu

Add water (not listed) to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Add the deep-fried tofu and boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Turn off the heat and take it out.
Place on kitchen paper to remove moisture.
Tear into bite-sized pieces with your hands. -

Point

・Tearing the deep-fried tofu with your hands makes it easier for the flavor to permeate.
・Easy to fry with a small amount of salad oil.
・Adjust the frying time while watching the situation.
・You can arrange it by adding curry powder.
