- Okra : 1 bag
- ベーコン : 4枚

- めんつゆ : 小さじ2
- 鰹節 : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量

In a bowl, rub the okra over a net with salt (not listed).
Wash with water.
Remove the black calyx part and top calyx.
Insert a knife diagonally and cut in half.
Cut the bacon into the same size as the okra. -

Heat a frying pan, add butter and 1 and fry.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat.
When it gets browned, add mentsuyu and mix. -
