    フライパンが温まったら、肉巻きの巻き終わりを下側にしてフライパンに乗せ焼き色を付ける。
    裏返して反対の面も焼き、焼き色がついたら側面を焼く。
    側面にも焼き色がついたら肉巻きを寝かせ、料理酒を加えて蓋をし、極弱火で5分蒸す。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 08:15

    肉巻きをタレの入った保存容器に移動させ、スプーンでタレを全体に回しかける。
    蓋をして冷蔵庫で1日寝かせたら、お皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point
