Put butter in a heat-resistant bowl and heat it in a microwave oven at 600w for 10 to 15 seconds without wrapping until it becomes soft.

Add sugar and mix with a whisk until creamy.
Add eggs little by little and mix well.
Sift (A), add and mix with milk alternately, and mix with a whisk until the powder is gone. -

Heat in the microwave

Put the dough in a mug and heat it one by one in a microwave oven at 600w for one and a half minutes without wrapping.
If you stick the skewer and the dough doesn't come, it's done.
Point
・ A simple recipe that just mixes the dough and heats it in the microwave for one and a half minutes.
・ By making the butter creamy, the dough is softly finished.
・ If you put too much dough in the cup, the dough will overflow, so be careful. As a guide, add about 1/3 of the dough to the cup.
・ Be sure to heat one by one in the microwave. Be careful not to heat them all at once as they may burn or harden. If there is a burnt part, heat it additionally for 10 seconds each.
・ After heating, it is recommended to remove the rough heat and wrap it to prevent it from drying. If you wrap it from the beginning, the heat will create a vacuum and the cake will shrink, so be careful.
