Cover and boil over high heat for 20-25 minutes. -

Point
・Be sure to use fresh peanuts.
・If the peanuts are dirty, wash them before boiling.
・Boil the peanuts in plenty of hot water.
・As a guideline, the salt concentration should be about 5% of the boiling water.
・Be sure to bring the water to a boil before adding the peanuts.
