Point

・Do not boil immediately after rubbing with salt.
・Because the boiling water is adjusted for salt content, wash the edamame well after rubbing with salt.
・Boil water while the edamame is standing.
・The amount of salt when boiling is 3% against the amount of hot water.
・Because the temperature of the hot water will drop, put the edamame in the pot and put the lid back on. Remove the lid after boiling again.
・Do not put boiled green soybeans in water as it will become watery.
