Tear off the konnyaku by hand and put it in a bowl.

Wash it quickly and give it to a colander. -

Put enough water and konnyaku to cover the konnyaku in a pot and put it on the fire.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Drain the boiled konnyaku in a colander and cool.

・Tearing konjac by hand increases the surface area of the cross section, making it easier for the flavor to permeate.
・By rubbing the konnyaku with salt, the lye, odor and sliminess can be removed.
・Konjac will shrink if overcooked, so be careful.
