- (A)生姜 : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 鷹の爪 : 適量

鶏むね肉の水分をふき取る。
斜めに薄く、削ぎ切りする。
(A)が入った袋に鶏むね肉を入れ、よく揉みこむ。
冷蔵庫で1時間程漬ける。
キャベツを、適当な大きさに切る。
ネギを、斜め切りにする。 -

キャベツ、鷹の爪を入れて炒める。
鶏むね肉も、たれごと全部入れ炒める。
蓋をし、弱火で2分蒸し焼きにする。
中火にし、さらに炒める。
お皿に盛り付け、ねぎをかけて完成。
