Ingredients

Procedure

    タルトストーンを入れ、180度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
    タルトストーンと紙カップを取り、再びオーブンで5分焼く。

    ボウルにクリームチーズ、牛乳、砂糖の順に加え、ハンドミキサーで都度混ぜる。
    生クリーム、コーンフラワー、レモン汁の順に加え、ハンドミキサーで都度混ぜる。
    生地を絞り袋に入れる。

  5. 5) 冷やす 07:14

    3を型から外し、4を絞り入れる。
    冷凍庫で3時間冷やし固める。

  6. 6) 焼く 07:41

    Arrange 5 on a baking sheet and brush with the mixture of (A).
    Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
