Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1.5 cm wide pieces, loosen them, and transfer them to a heat-resistant bowl.
Sprinkle with mirin and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove, mix, and heat for an additional minute. -

Point
