Ingredients

  • (A)コーラ : 500ml
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ5
  • (A)うま味調味料 : 6振り

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting the material 03:40

    Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, peel it, and roughly chop it.
    Cut the pork belly into pieces of about 80g each.

  2. 2) 焼く 05:25

    鍋を火にかけ、豚バラブロック肉の皮目を下にして入れる。
    焼き色がついたら裏返し、全面を焼く。
    キッチンペーパーで余分な脂を拭き取り、にんにくを加えて炒める。

  3. 3) 煮る 07:20

    にんにくが軽く焦げたら、ゆで卵と(A)を加えて混ぜる。
    蓋をせずに、アクを取りながら煮込む。
    具を裏返しながら、1時間30分後に煮汁が半分程度に仕上がるよう、水(分量外)を足しながら煮込む。
    豚バラブロック肉が軟らかくなったら完成。

Point

・Do not use zero-calorie cola.
・Chicken wings can be used instead of pork belly block.
Prepare boiled eggs in advance.
- To hard-boil eggs, place in water and heat for 20 minutes.
- Pork belly block meat has a good balance of fat and lean meat with a ratio of 5:5 to 6:4.
If you prefer your eggs soft-boiled, you can soak them in the finished broth.
- You can add chili peppers, black pepper, and whiskey to taste.
