Peel 2 bananas, cut them to fit the width of the egg cooker, and slice thinly into 3 or 4 equal pieces.

Place a peeled banana in a bowl and mash it with the back of a fork.
Add the milk and mix well with a whisk.
Once combined, add the pancake mix and mix well with a rubber spatula until no flour remains. -

Heat an egg cooker over low heat and lightly coat it with oil (not included in the recipe) using a paper towel.
Pour in the batter and spread it evenly, then arrange the bananas from step 1 on top.
Once the surface is cooked and air bubbles appear, roll it from one edge and bring it towards you.
Repeat the process of applying oil (not included in the recipe) to the remaining spaces → adding the batter → arranging the bananas → rolling up.
Once everything is rolled up, roll it around to cook it all the way through.
