- pancake mix : 100g
- バナナ : 1本
- 牛乳 : 2 tablespoons

Peel the banana, put it in a heat-resistant bowl, and weigh it.
Microwave at 600W for 1 minute and mash the banana until it becomes a paste. -

Add hot cake mix to 1 and mix.
Add milk little by little and mix each time.
Place a piping bag in a tall container and add the batter. -

Spread a cooking sheet on the cutting board and place weights in three places.
Squeeze about 15 cm and cut the dough with kitchen scissors.
Leave a gap on the left and right and squeeze it in the same way.
Cut the cooking sheet according to the dough. -

Point
・Uses a star-shaped mouthpiece.
・If you like, you can add cinnamon powder to the topping granulated sugar.
・Use 100g or less of banana, and if it exceeds 100g, use more pancake mix.
・Add 1 teaspoon of the milk from step 2 and mix each time. The amount of milk changes depending on the moisture content of the banana, so add little by little to adjust.
・For frying oil in step 4, use about 1 cm from the bottom of the frying pan.
