  • (A)牛骨ダシの素 : 小さじ2と1/2
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
  • 乾燥わかめ : 3g
  • 卵 : 1個
  • 長ネギ : 70g
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • 粉コショウ : 3振り

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 03:38

    長ねぎを、小口にスライスする。
    ボウルに卵を割り入れ、混ぜる。

  2. 2) スープを作る 05:44

    鍋に水を入れて、沸かす。
    乾燥わかめと、(A)を入れる。
    沸騰させて、乾燥わかめを戻す。

  3. 3) 仕上げる 09:57

    2が沸騰したら火を弱めて、菜箸でスープをかき混ぜ水流を作る。
    1の卵を、少しづつ垂らすようにスープへ入れていく。
    長ねぎを入れる。
    ごま油を垂らす。
    粉コショウを振りかけたら、完成。
