アルミホイルを使って、ごぼうを洗う。
ごぼうの両端を切り落とし、ちくわの長さに合わせて切る。
切ったごぼうはラップで包み、耐熱皿にのせて600wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。 -

ちくわにごぼうを挿す

1のごぼうのラップを外し、ちくわの穴にごぼうを挿す。
ごぼうが入ったちくわ全てを、4等分に切っていく。 -

揚げる

Add (A) to a bowl and mix.
Add 5mm to 1cm of oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add (A) to 2 and place in a frying pan.
When it starts to change color, flip 2 over.
Once the whole thing has changed color, remove it from the oven, drain the oil, and it's done.

・ごぼうを洗うときは、手で丸めたアルミホイルでごぼうをこすりながら洗う。
・ごぼうは電子レンジであらかじめ加熱しておくことで、食感が残って美味しくなる。
・半端に残ったごぼうは、食べやすい大きさに切って余った衣をつけて調理する。
・(A)を混ぜるときは、ダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。
