Ingredients
- Corn : 1 piece (160g net weight)
- 水 : 大さじ1
- 薄力粉 : 小さじ1
- 牛乳 : 大さじ4
- 顆粒コンソメ : 小さじ1/2
- ハム : 2枚
- 餃子の皮 : 15枚
- ミックスチーズ : 30g
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- 粗びき黒こしょう : 適量

Peel the corn and remove the silk.
Cut the corn into thirds lengthwise.
Place the corn cut-side down on a cutting board.
Cut off the corn kernels.
Place the corn in a heat-resistant bowl and pour water over it.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the flour and mix.
Add milk and mix.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and mix.
Once the mixture has thickened, add the granulated consommé.
Chop the ham into small pieces and add it to the mixture. -

Add oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan.
Fold the edges of the gyoza skins together and place them in a circle.
Spread out 1 and place it on top.
Sprinkle with mixed cheese.
Pour mayonnaise all over.
Sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove onto aluminum foil.
Bake on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown and done.
Point
・Serves 2.
If you don't like spicy food, you don't need to add the coarsely ground black pepper.
- If food is about to burn when cooking on a grill or in a toaster, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent it from burning.
- By using gyoza wrappers, you can easily make pizza without having to prepare pizza dough.
