  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ2

  • (B)うま味調味料 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • 中華麺(乾麺) : 1玉

  1. 1) スープを作る 05:52

    鍋に(A)を入れて沸かす。
    沸いたら火を止めて、(B)を投入し混ぜる。

  2. 2) 麺を茹でる 11:07

    Add Chinese noodles to boiling water (not included in the recipe) and boil for the time indicated.

  3. 3) 仕上げる 13:08

    茹で上がった中華麺を湯切りし、丼に移す。
    丼の中へ1のスープを入れたら完成。

Point
