  • バター : 適量

  • ホイップクリーム : 適量

  1. 1) 卵黄で生地を作る 00:42

    卵を卵黄と卵白に分ける。ボウルに卵黄と牛乳と(A)を入れ泡立て器で良く混ぜる。

  2. 2) メレンゲを作る 01:04

    Add granulated sugar to the egg whites in several batches and stir with a hand mixer each time to make meringue.

    Add 1/4 of 2 to 1 and mix well. Now put the mixture in the meringue and mix well.

・工程1 卵白は冷凍庫で冷やす。(A)はふるっておく。
・工程3 メレンゲの方のボウルに卵黄の生地を入れたらゴムベラで底からすくう様に混ぜ、メレンゲの泡をつぶさないように混ぜる。
・工程4 フライパンよりホットプレートの方が温度調節が出来上手に焼ける。生地は丸く盛るようにして焼く。蓋をしたら3分ほど低温で焼き、お湯が蒸発したら更に足し2分ほど蒸し焼きにする。
