  • Thinly sliced pork belly : 150g
  • ナス : 400g
  • 大葉 : 10枚
  • (A) Low-carb noodle soup : 大さじ2
  • (A) Lemon juice : 小さじ2
  • (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
  • (A) Water : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
  • (A) White ground sesame seeds : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) boil hot water 01:00

    Put water (not included in the recipe) in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2) 材料を切る 01:04

    ナスのヘタと下部を切り落とし、縦1~1.5cm幅に切り、細く切る。大葉の軸を切り落とし、千切りにする。
    豚バラ薄切り肉を4~5cm幅に切る。

  3. 3) 合わせ調味料を作る 02:05

    器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜる。

  4. 4) 茹でる 02:30

    ボウルに氷水(分量外)を作る。
    1の沸騰したお湯にナスを入れ、2分30秒~3分茹でる。
    ナスに火が通ったら引き上げて、氷水に浸けて冷やし水気を切る。
    豚バラ薄切り肉を茹で、火が通ったら引き上げて水気を切る。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 03:30

    Place the eggplant on a plate and pour a moderate amount of 3 over it.
    Place a suitable amount of shiso leaves on top and then thinly sliced pork belly.
    3. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds (not included in the recipe) and top with shiso leaves to finish.
