- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (A) White ground sesame seeds : 適量

ナスのヘタと下部を切り落とし、縦1~1.5cm幅に切り、細く切る。大葉の軸を切り落とし、千切りにする。
豚バラ薄切り肉を4~5cm幅に切る。 -
