Ingredients
- King trumpet : 1 pack (about 100g)
- ベーコン : 40g

- チーズ(ピザ用) : 40g
- 黒コショウ : 適量
- 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Cut off the root of the trumpet mushroom and slice it vertically.
Peel the garlic. -

Add olive oil to the skillet and warm.
Add eringi, bacon and salt and fry. -
