- （A）塩 : 小さじ1/4
- （A）味の素 : 4振り
- （A）黒コショウ : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ2
- しらす（仕上げ用） : 少々
- 黒コショウ（仕上げ用） : 適量

・ A simple recipe for cucumbers that does not require pickling.
