- 豚ひき肉 : 150g
- (A) Miso : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- おろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2

Cut off the stem of the eggplant and cut it lengthwise into 1cm pieces.
Transfer to a plastic bag, add sea salt, rub gently and leave for about 15 minutes. -

フライパンを中火にかけ、ごま油を入れてナスを並べる。

フライパンをキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、豚ひき肉とおろしにんにくを入れて炒める。
火が通ったら2を加えて炒める。 -
