Ingredients

  • 鶏レバー : 200g
  • にんにく : 2片
  • 玉ねぎ(小) : 1個
  • コンソメ : 小さじ1
  • (B)オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
  • (A) Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
  • パセリ(お好み) : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut garlic 04:39

    Peel the garlic, remove the sprouts and chop.

  2. 2) Cut the onion and lever 05:15

    Cut the onion into thin slices.
    Cut the lever into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3) Drain the blood from the liver 06:45

    Rub the liver with water to drain the blood.

  4. 4) 玉ねぎを炒める 07:09

    フライパンに(A)のオリーブオイルをひき、中火にかける。
    玉ねぎを飴色になるまで炒め、にんにくを加える。

  5. 5) レバーを炒める 08:30

    にんにくの香りが立ってきたら、フライパンの端に寄せる。
    空いた箇所にレバーを入れ、(B)のオリーブオイルを加える。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 09:01

    Add consomme and stir-fry the whole to complete.
    Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley if you like.

Point

・ Drain the liver thoroughly before frying.
・ You may add 2 tablespoons of olive oil at the beginning.
・ If you want to remove the odor of the liver, soak it in water and leave it for 30 minutes.
・ It is even better to change the water several times and rub and wash.
