  • 薄力粉 : 小さじ1
  • 豆乳 : 60ml
  • コンソメ : 小さじ1/4
  • チェダーチーズ : 40g
  • ご飯 : 200g
  • 卵 : 1個

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 02:24

    にんじんと玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。にんにくは皮を剥いておく。

    フライパンに火をつけ油をひき、あいびき肉を入れ炒める。みじん切りにしたにんじん・玉ねぎを入れ更に炒める。火を弱め、(A)の具材を入れて混ぜる。カレールウ・おろしたにんにくを入れ、蓋をして弱火で10分煮込む。蓋を開け全体を混ぜ合わせる。

  3. 3) チーズソースを作る 05:36

    別のフライパンにバター・薄力粉を入れ、弱火で混ぜる。豆乳・コンソメを加え混ぜ、とろみが出たらチェダーチーズを入れ、チーズを溶かす。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 06:43

    器にご飯を盛り、2を乗せ3をかけ、卵黄を乗せたら完成。
