Cut the cucumber

Sprinkle with salt and leave for about 15 minutes. -

Wash the cucumbers in 1 and wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
Stack two sheets at a time, roll from the edge and put in a container.
Add the seasoning liquid of 2 and wrap it like a lid, and cool it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to complete.

・ When slicing cucumbers, once the peeled surface is turned down with a peeler, it will not roll and the work will be easier.
・ When inserting hawk claws, it can be chopped or whole.
・ The size when rolled depends on the peeler, so decide how many sheets to stack according to the size that is easy to eat.
・ It is easier to organize by rolling from the thin side to the thick side.
