- 豆腐 : 500g
- 卵 : 2個
- 玉ねぎ : 大さじ1と1/2
- にんじん : 大さじ1と1/2
- 長ねぎ : 大さじ1と1/2
- （A）塩 : 大さじ1/2
- （A）刻みにんにく : 大さじ1/2
- （A）黒胡椒 : 大さじ1/2
- 米粉 : 適量
- 溶き卵 : 適量
- パン粉 : 適量

3を蒸し器に入れて蓋をし、30分蒸して粗熱を取る。
切り分け、米粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順につける。 -

鍋に揚げ油を熱し、4を揚げ色がつくまで揚げたら完成。
Point
