  • ささみ : 4 pieces (240g)
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (A)うま味調味料 : 4振り
  • 七味 : 適量
  • マヨネーズ : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) ささみの下準備をする 01:20

    バットなどにささみを入れ、フォークでささみの両面を刺す。
    バットに(A)を入れて、よく揉みこむ。
    ラップをせずに、冷蔵庫で1時間漬けこむ。

  2. 2) 焼く 05:50

    Add salad oil to a frying pan.
    Place the chicken fillets from step 1 in the frying pan, cover the pan and cook over medium heat.
    When the chicken breast changes color, flip it over.
    Turn them over several times and cook until cooked through.

  3. 3) 仕上げる 11:36

    フライパンから、ささみを取り出し食べやすい大きさに切る。
    お皿に盛りつけ、マヨネーズと七味を添えたら完成。

Point

*Soaking time is not included in the time required.
