- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1/2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1と1/2
- (A)うま味調味料 : 4振り
- 七味 : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量

バットなどにささみを入れ、フォークでささみの両面を刺す。
バットに(A)を入れて、よく揉みこむ。
ラップをせずに、冷蔵庫で1時間漬けこむ。 -

Place the chicken fillets from step 1 in the frying pan, cover the pan and cook over medium heat.
When the chicken breast changes color, flip it over.
Turn them over several times and cook until cooked through. -

Point
*Soaking time is not included in the time required.
- In the video, the tendons of the chicken breast are not removed, but if you are concerned about them, remove them.
