- ごま油 : 適量
Cut the garlic into 2-3 cm width and cut the green onions diagonally.
Cut the carrots into julienne and cut the pork belly.
Season the pork
Put pork ribs in a frying pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add grated garlic and sesame oil and mix.
Add vegetables and seasonings
Put 2 on high heat and add carrots when cooked.
Add green onions, cut wakame seaweed, and (A) and mix.
Reduce the heat to low, melt the eggs, add and cook.
Add garlic chives and put in a bowl full of rice.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil (not included in the amount) to complete.
