Ingredients

- (C) Breadcrumbs : 大さじ2
- (C) Potato starch : 大さじ3
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
- (A) Yakiniku sauce : 大さじ1
- (B) Mustard : 大さじ1
- (B) Honey : 小さじ2
- (B) Mayonnaise : 小さじ1
- (B) Soy sauce : 少々

Procedure

Make the barbecue sauce

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Add ground chicken and sugar to a bowl and mix with your hands.
Add (C) and knead thoroughly with your hands.
Apply a thin layer of salad oil (not included in the recipe) to your hands and form into 2-3cm round shapes. -

Add about 1cm of oil to a frying pan and heat.
When it has heated to 170°C, add 3 and fry without moving.
After 1 minute, flip them over and fry for another minute without moving them.
Fry for about 2 minutes, turning occasionally, then remove from the frying pan when browned all over.
Drain the oil for about 3 minutes and it's done.
Point
- I use a mix of chicken thighs and breast meat, but you can use whatever you like.
-Adding mayonnaise will give it a softer texture.
・We recommend using sweet and spicy or medium spicy sauce for yakiniku.
-You can add black pepper to the barbecue sauce if you like.
-You can mix chopped green onions or onions into the chicken balls or add cheese to them, depending on your taste.
-The guideline for 180 degrees is when fine bubbles appear when you dip the tip of a chopstick into the water.
