Finely chop the ginger and shimeji mushrooms.
Cut the aburaage in half. -

フライパンにごま油をひき、油揚げを底の方から立てて中火で焼く。
焼き色がついたら側面を中弱火で蓋をして3分焼く。
裏返し、蓋をして3分焼く。
仕上げにごま油をかけて表面を焼きあげて完成。
Point
・If you don't like spiciness, you can use miso instead of bean sauce.
・Grated ginger can be used without ginger.
・In the video, they are chopped with a boom chopper.
・You can also add chives, cabbage, and firm tofu to the seeds.
