Ingredients
- potatoes : 3 pieces (450g-500g)
- 牛こま肉 : 100g〜150g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個

- (A) Water : 300ml

- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1
- 油 : 適量

Divide into 4 equal parts and soak in water (not listed) for 3-5 minutes.
