  • 酢 : 小さじ1
  • 白いりごま : 大さじ1
  • 粗挽き黒胡椒 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing the Cucumbers 01:10

    Cut off both ends of the washed cucumbers and cut them in half lengthwise.
    Remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut in half lengthwise and into thirds.
    Sprinkle with salt and rub in, then let sit for 5 minutes.

Point
