- (A) Consomme : 小さじ1/3
- (A) black pepper : 適量

Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
After that, cut it into bite-sized pieces, put it in a bowl filled with water and expose it for about 5 minutes.
Drain, cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 5-7 minutes. -

Add (A) and mix the whole.
Wrap the dough and remove the rough heat. -

Spread plastic wrap on a cutting board, put the dough from step 2 on it, and roll it out to a width of 2 to 3 cm.
Cut into 2 cm wide pieces with a knife and crush with the back of a fork to make a pattern. -

ザルや網等にあげ、油を切って完成。
Point
・Depending on your taste, you can adjust the seasoning by using only salt or adding curry powder.
・Potatoes can be soaked in water for about 5 minutes to remove scum and prevent discoloration.
・After heating the potatoes in step 1, if they are still hard, increase the heating time by 1 minute until they are soft enough to pierce with a bamboo skewer.
・When adding seasonings in step 2 and mixing, if there is not enough moisture, add a small amount of water.
