- minced meat : 300g
- onion : 1/2 piece
- sugar : 1 teaspoon
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- (A) Bread crumbs : 4 tbsp
- (A) Mayonnaise : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Liquor : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Ginger (grated) : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- (B)水 : 大さじ3
- (B)砂糖 : 大さじ2
- (B)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (B)酢 : 大さじ2
- (B)酒 : 大さじ2
- (B)ケチャップ : 大さじ2
- (B)片栗粉 : 小さじ1と1/2
- 白ごま : 適量

Chop the onion and put it in a heatproof bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 600W, then cool. -
